About createIT
We work on large, international and mature projects, frequently operating on gigabytes of data. As such, our projects require constant tweaking and optimization. Our teams are characterized by different sizes and workflow, and we offer a lot of flexibility when it comes to the choice of solutions. We mostly work with Seniors and experts in a given field, creating optimal grounds for the exchange of experience.

As our new IT Recruiter, you’ll often be the first person candidates meet - which makes you the face of the company. You’ll represent us with warmth, empathy, and professionalism - and yes, that really matters.
Beyond recruitment, you'll support onboarding, offboarding, and everyday HR needs.
A few words about the team
We're expanding our HR & Administration Department, and we’re looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Recruiter to join our small and agile team. With this role, our department will grow to three people: our Head of HR and Administration, our Office Assistant, and you – our future recruitment expert.
Your tasks
Hiring top IT talents across various seniority levels
Managing full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer
Writing, publishing and promoting engaging job ads
Ensuring a great candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
Building and maintaining a long-term candidate database
Suggesting and implementing new sourcing strategies/tools
Collaborating with job agencies and freelancers when needed
Communicating regularly with management on recruitment needs, progress, and reporting
Supporting HR operations such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee documentation
Cooperating with the Head of HR and Administration on daily team initiatives
Job requirements
Skills:
Previous experience in recruiting IT or tech roles (agency or in-house), min. 3 years
Solid skills in end-to-end recruitment and sourcing (Boolean search, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.)
Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and market trends
Proactive mindset with a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
Familiarity with onboarding/offboarding processes is a plus
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken), min. B2
Having your own tech talent network is a big plus
