About role
In this position, you will be part of the HR and Administration department, but with your own responsibilities. You will take care of the office and its efficient organization, thanks to which chaos will never knock on our door 😊. You will help us create a place where you want to go to - not only to work but to meet and talk.

Your tasks
Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (mail, courier)
Ensuring efficient document circulation, system entry, and archiving
Overseeing office supply and grocery purchases—because caffeine and snacks are essential survival tools
Maintaining office aesthetics and order (because no one likes a chaotic workspace)
Organizing business travel arrangements
Planning and coordinating company events and team-building activities (yes, including those that don’t involve just pizza and beer)
Liaising with service providers (cleaning services, maintenance, building administration)
Monitoring office maintenance needs and coordinating necessary repairs
Managing company real estate and office space, ensuring everything is in top shape
Overseeing company vehicles, including coordinating inspections and maintenance
Ensuring a friendly and welcoming work atmosphere through proactive engagement and a positive attitude
Job requirements
Skills:
Willingness to work on-site in the office (Moktów - Siekierki area)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role
English proficiency at a B2 level or higher (our internal communication is in English)
Strong computer skills, particularly MS Office
A proactive, problem-solving, and "can-do" attitude
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Confidence in driving a car as part of work-related tasks
A great sense of humor and the ability to adapt to an IT-heavy work environment
